PARATUS Acquires AMC and Expands Portfolio with a Leading Web-Based Hospital Information System

The PARATUS Group is strengthening its presence in the hospital market by acquiring AMC Advanced Medical Communication Holding GmbH (AMC). By joining PARATUS, AMC adds an established hospital information system (HIS) to the group’s portfolio of solutions and expands its expertise in clinical information systems.

For over 20 years, AMC has developed innovative software solutions for hospitals,
specialized clinics, and outpatient medical care centers. With CLINIXX®, AMC offers one of the leading, fully web-based hospital information systems in the German-speaking market. Its web-based architecture allows CLINIXX® to be deployed either on-premises or in the cloud. The platform supports the entire clinical care process – from patient admission and clinical documentation to operating room (OR), ward management, and billing – enabling efficient, end-to-end digital workflows.

Integrating AMC strategically expands the PARATUS portfolio into clinical information systems.
