We are currently seeking an IT Administrator for Internal and Field Service to join our team in Vienna, Austria—an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values expertise, innovation, and customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, rollout, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions (Windows servers, Windows clients, printers)
- Maintenance and installation of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and firewallsR
- Handling support requests and troubleshooting via a centralized ticket system
- Structured, solution-oriented error analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Creating and maintaining documentation (user manuals, internal wiki, etc.)
- Independently managing IT projects
Qualifications
- Relevant IT-related education (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL) or equivalent professional experience in IT and/or support
- A communicative personality with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Independent worker with quick comprehension skills
- Professional demeanor and structured approach to work
- Good knowledge of Microsoft server and client operating systems, as well as network management (OSI model)
- Familiarity with SQL database queries and a solid foundation in database management
- Proficiency in German (C2 level) and good command of English IT terminology, both spoken and written
- Driver’s license (Class B) with driving experience
