Marketing / Brand Manager
Your tasks:
- In central marketing, you coordinate, organize and implement PARATUS communication measures in all media and on all channels.
- In doing so, you will develop the Group’s brand identity and ensure its collaborative and coordinated implementation across the Group.
- You help the partner companies implement their own measures, sometimes more and sometimes less, but make sure that PARATUS has a consistent presence everywhere.
- You maintain contact with the marketing managers and managing directors of the partner companies of PARATUS and in the Greenpeak Group at home and abroad and create synergies and enable the exchange of learnings and best practice applications.
- You’ll develop compelling PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, manage content productions or create some yourself, and you might even be able to do more than create a PDF with Adobe programs.
Your profile:
- You are passionate about marketing, communications, PR and everything that colleagues, customers, shareholders and the world want and should know about a company.
- A brand is also an added value for you in today’s world and you have always wanted to take responsibility in the front row in building one, contributing your experience in a holistic way.
- You are able to coordinate digital measures, print ads, trade show appearances, merchandise orders, mailings, and video productions with virtuosity and, if necessary, also tackle them yourself (setting up a trade show booth or copywriting ads or editing images for a social media post).
- You have gained experience in agencies, marketing departments of companies or through studies or corresponding training.
- Metrics for measuring success are your bread and butter and budget negotiations don’t make you nervous. And computers and MS Office anyway not.
- You work independently in a decentralized team, fight for your ideas as well as for a unified and cohesive appearance of PARATUS and all its partner companies.
- German or English – you don’t really care – you get the job done.
- And when the CEO calls or walks in the door, you don’t get nervous, you solve the challenge with a smile.

As Junior CFO/Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d), would you like to take on responsibility from the very beginning and contribute to the expansion and success of our global software group in close cooperation with the founders of the PARATUS Group? Your tasks:
- In central finance, you coordinate the finance staff and/or their tax advisors at our affiliated companies in Europe and the USA
- You create monthly reporting and controlling for the companies and the whole group
- You communicate with the CFO of our parent company and support him in his reporting tasks
- You are involved in the acquisition process of additional companies and work with our financing partners
- You ensure a smooth integration of Finance and the onboarding of new companies in our group
- You collaborate on monthly and annual financial statements and group accounting
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration and already have experience in investment controlling as well as in HGB (consolidated) accounting or as a consultant for an auditing company (audit, transaction services).
- Your passion is numbers, but also the need to understand the companies behind them and their business
- You work independently, communicate openly with all stakeholders at all levels and see yourself as a supporter of the positive business development of our companies and the entire group
- MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) are of course a matter of course
- Knowledge of LucaNet is desirable
